Return and Refund Policy

At ThriveProper, we stand behind the quality of our supplements and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 60 days of the original purchase date for a full or partial refund.

1. eligible returns

All individual supplement products are eligible for a full refund within 60 days of the original purchase date, regardless of whether the product has been opened or used.

Customized, personalized, or heat-sensitive items are not eligible for return.

2. return process

1. Contact our customer service team at hello@thriveproper.com to initiate your return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.

2. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

3. Package the item(s) securely and affix the prepaid return label.

4. Drop off the package at any USPS location.

3. refund policy

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect the products to ensure they are in their original, unopened condition. We will then process your refund within 5-7 business days and notify you once the refund has been issued

 

The refund amount will be the original purchase price, less the cost of the prepaid return label (typically $5-$10).

 

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please contact our customer service team at hello@thriveproper.com. We'll be happy to assist you in finding a replacement product that better suits your needs.

5. damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. european union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, not tampered with, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
